توضّح هذه السياسة البيانات التي يجمعها «منهو يصورنا؟» ولماذا وكيف نحميها. نلتزم فيها بنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية، وبحقوق حماية البيانات التي تمنحها أنظمة بلدان مستخدمينا خارجها (مثل اللائحة العامة لحماية البيانات GDPR في أوروبا). مؤسسة سولو هاب هي الجهة المسؤولة عن بياناتك.
1. البيانات التي نجمعها
• الحساب: اسمك وبريدك ومعرّف حسابك من Apple أو Google أو التسجيل بالبريد، ولغة التطبيق وبلدك.
• الحجوزات: الخدمة والباقة والإضافات والمدينة والتاريخ والوقت والمكان والملاحظات التي تكتبها، مع المبالغ وحالة الحجز.
• المدفوعات: مرجع الدفع والمبلغ والعملة والحالة من ميسّر. لا نخزّن أرقام البطاقات ولا رمز CVV؛ بيانات البطاقة تذهب مباشرة إلى بوابة الدفع.
• المحادثات والمكالمات: رسائلك مع المصوّرين، والصور والفيديو والرسائل الصوتية التي ترسلها فيها، وملاحظات الحجز التلقائية. تمر المكالمات عبر خادم وسيط لدينا فلا يرى أي طرف رقمك أو عنوانك، ونحفظ وقت المكالمة ومدتها فقط دون تسجيل الصوت أو الصورة.
• المساعد: ما تكتبه لمساعد الحجز.
• الإشعارات: رمز الإشعارات لجهازك ونوع نظامه.
• للمصوّرين فقط: البلد، ونوع ورقم ونسخة وثيقة العمل الحر أو السجل التجاري أو الهوية أو الرخصة التجارية، وبيانات استلام المستحقات (الآيبان، أو اسم صاحب الحساب والبنك ورقم الحساب ورمز SWIFT)، ووضع التسجيل الضريبي والرقم الضريبي، والمدن التي تخدمها، وصور معرض الأعمال والعمل الذي تسلّمه عبر التطبيق.
• على جهازك فقط: المفضلة والمدينة المختارة واللغة. لا نجمع موقعك.
2. لماذا نستخدمها
لتشغيل حسابك، وتنفيذ الحجوزات والمدفوعات والاسترجاع، ودفع مستحقات المصوّرين والوفاء بالالتزامات الضريبية، وتمكينك من التواصل مع المصوّر، وإرسال إشعارات الحجز، والتحقق من المصوّرين، ومنع الاحتيال، والوفاء بالالتزامات النظامية. الأساس النظامي هو تقديم الخدمة التي طلبتها، والالتزامات النظامية، وموافقتك حيث تلزم، ومصلحتنا المشروعة في حماية المنصة ومستخدميها.
لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات الموجّهة.
3. مع من نشاركها
• المصوّر الذي تحجزه: اسمك وتفاصيل الحجز والمكان والملاحظات والمحادثة.
• ميسّر: لمعالجة المدفوعات والاسترجاع.
• Google Firebase: لتسجيل الدخول والإشعارات. وApple عند استخدام تسجيل الدخول بـApple أو Apple Pay.
• مزوّدو نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي (مثل OpenRouter وGroq): يُرسل لهم نص محادثتك مع المساعد فقط لتوليد الردود.
• البنوك: بيانات استلام المستحقات اللازمة لتحويل مبالغ المصوّرين.
• مزوّد الاستضافة، والجهات الحكومية ومنها الجهات الضريبية حين يلزم النظام.
4. نقل البيانات خارج بلدك
نشغّل الخدمة من المملكة العربية السعودية، وبعض المزوّدين أعلاه يعالجون البيانات على خوادم في دول أخرى. وعندما تحجز مصوّرًا في بلد آخر تصله بيانات الحجز اللازمة هناك. نقصر النقل على الضروري ونستخدم مزوّدين لديهم ضمانات مناسبة، كما يسمح نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية ولوائحه، وكما تتطلب أنظمة بلدان مستخدمينا خارج المملكة.
5. الاحتفاظ والحذف
نحتفظ بالبيانات ما دام حسابك قائمًا. عند حذف الحساب نحذف ملفك ومحادثاتك وإشعاراتك ورموز أجهزتك، وطلب المصوّر ووثيقته إن وُجد.
سجلات الحجوزات والمدفوعات والمستحقات السابقة تُحفظ بعد إزالة اسمك ومكانك وملاحظاتك، للمحاسبة والضرائب والالتزامات النظامية ومعالجة النزاعات، طوال المدة التي يتطلبها النظام.
لا يمكن حذف حساب لديه حجز مفتوح؛ ألغِه أو انتظر اكتماله أولًا.
6. حقوقك
أينما كنت، لك أن تطلب معرفة كيفية معالجة بياناتك، والحصول على نسخة منها، وتصحيحها أو حذفها، والاعتراض على بعض استخداماتها أو تقييدها، وسحب موافقتك حيث تكون الموافقة هي الأساس. راسلنا على info@soloidea.sa ونرد خلال المدة النظامية. ولك تقديم شكوى إلى الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا) أو إلى جهة حماية البيانات في بلدك.
7. الأمان
نستخدم اتصالات مشفّرة (HTTPS)، ونتحقق من كل طلب، ونقيّد الوصول إلى وثائق المصوّرين وبياناتهم البنكية. لا يوجد نظام آمن تمامًا، وسنبلغك ونبلغ الجهات المختصة بأي تسرّب يمسّك كما يلزم النظام.
8. الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجّه لمن هم دون 18 سنة دون إشراف وليّ الأمر، ولا نجمع بيانات الأطفال عن علم.
9. التعديلات والتواصل

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data "منهو يصورنا؟" collects, why, and how we protect it. It follows Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and, for users in other countries, the data protection rights their local law gives them (such as the GDPR in Europe). Solo Hub Establishment is the controller of your data.
1. Data we collect
• Account: your name, email and account ID from Apple, Google or email sign-in, your app language and your country.
• Bookings: the service, package, extras, city, date, time, venue and notes you write, plus amounts and booking status.
• Payments: the payment reference, amount, currency and status from Moyasar. We don't store card numbers or CVV; card details go directly to the payment gateway.
• Messages and calls: your chats with photographers, the photos, videos and voice notes you send in them, and automatic booking notes. Calls go through our relay server so neither side sees the other's number or address; we keep only the call time and length, not the audio or video.
• Assistant: what you type to the booking assistant.
• Notifications: your device's push token and platform.
• Photographers only: your country; the type, number and a copy of your freelance document, Commercial Registration, ID or business licence; your payout details (IBAN, or account holder, bank, account number and SWIFT code); your VAT status and number; the cities you serve; and your portfolio and the work you deliver through the app.
• On your device only: favourites, chosen city and language. We do not collect your location.
2. Why we use it
To run your account, carry out bookings, payments and refunds, pay photographers and meet tax obligations, let you and the photographer talk, send booking notifications, verify photographers, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. The legal basis is providing the service you asked for, legal obligations, your consent where needed, and our legitimate interest in keeping the platform and its users safe.
We do not sell your data or use it for targeted advertising.
3. Who we share it with
• The photographer you book: your name, booking details, venue, notes and chat.
• Moyasar: to process payments and refunds.
• Google Firebase: for sign-in and push notifications. Apple when you use Sign in with Apple or Apple Pay.
• AI model providers (such as OpenRouter and Groq): only your assistant conversation text is sent, to generate replies.
• Banks: the payout details needed to transfer photographers' earnings.
• Our hosting provider, and public authorities, including tax authorities, where the law requires.
4. Transfers outside your country
We run the service from Saudi Arabia, and some of the providers above process data on servers in other countries. When you book a photographer in another country, the booking details they need reach them there. We limit transfers to what is needed and use providers with appropriate safeguards, as the PDPL and its regulations allow and as the laws of our users' countries outside Saudi Arabia require.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep data while your account exists. When you delete your account we delete your profile, chats, notifications, device tokens, and any photographer application and its document.
Past booking, payment and payout records are kept with your name, venue and notes removed, for accounting, tax, legal obligations and dispute handling, for as long as the law requires.
You can't delete an account with an open booking; cancel it or wait until it's completed first.
6. Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask how your data is processed, get a copy, correct or delete it, object to or restrict certain uses, and withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Email info@soloidea.sa and we'll reply within the legal time limit. You may also complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA) or to the data protection authority in your country.
7. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), authenticate every request, and restrict access to photographers' documents and bank details. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you and the authorities of any breach that affects you, as the law requires.
8. Children
The app isn't meant for under-18s without a guardian's supervision, and we don't knowingly collect children's data.
9. Changes and contact
