مرحبًا بك في «منهو يصورنا؟». هذه الشروط اتفاق بينك وبين مؤسسة سولو هاب («نحن»)، المشغّلة للتطبيق وللموقع soloidea.sa. باستخدامك التطبيق أو إنشائك حسابًا فأنت توافق عليها، فاقرأها بعناية.
1. ما هي المنصة
«منهو يصورنا؟» منصة إلكترونية تربط العملاء بمصوّرين مستقلين في المملكة العربية السعودية ودول أخرى. تتصفح الخدمات والباقات، وترسل طلب الحجز، وتدفع داخل التطبيق، وتتواصل مع المصوّر بالمحادثة أو المكالمة.
المصوّرون مقدّمو خدمة مستقلون، وليسوا موظفين لدينا ولا وكلاء عنّا. المصوّر مسؤول عن تنفيذ التصوير وجودته وتسليم الصور في الوقت المحدد. نحن نشغّل المنصة، ونستلم المبلغ نيابةً عن المصوّر ونحتفظ به حتى يسلّم العمل.
2. حسابك
تسجّل الدخول عبر Apple أو Google أو بالبريد الإلكتروني وكلمة مرور (مع تأكيد البريد). يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 سنة فأكثر، أو أن تستخدم التطبيق بإشراف وليّ أمرك.
أنت مسؤول عن صحة بياناتك وعن كل ما يتم عبر حسابك. أبلغنا فورًا إذا اشتبهت أن أحدًا غيرك يستخدمه.
تقدر تحذف حسابك من الحساب ← حذف الحساب بعد انتهاء أي حجز مفتوح أو إلغائه. توضّح سياسة الخصوصية ما يُحذف وما يُحتفظ به.
3. الحجز
إرسال طلب الحجز مجاني. يحدّد كل مصوّر خدماته وباقاته وأسعاره وسياسة الإلغاء والحصة التي يحتفظ بها عند الإلغاء المتأخر، وتظهر لك كلها قبل الإرسال.
الإجمالي هو سعر الباقة والإضافات التي تختارها ورسوم التنقل إذا كان التصوير خارج مدينة المصوّر، مضافًا إليها ضريبة القيمة المضافة حيث تنطبق. الأسعار بعملة بلد المصوّر (بالريال السعودي لمصوّري المملكة)، وتُحسب بدقة حتى منزلتين عشريتين دون تقريب.
للمصوّر أن يقبل الطلب أو يعتذر، وبعضهم يقبل فورًا. بعد القبول لديك 24 ساعة لدفع المبلغ كاملًا، ويجب أن يتم الدفع قبل موعد التصوير بـ24 ساعة على الأقل، وإلا يُغلق الطلب دون أي رسوم.
يتأكد الحجز فور نجاح الدفع. بعد التصوير يسلّم المصوّر الصور داخل التطبيق ويُسجَّل الحجز مكتملًا.
4. الدفع والإلغاء والاسترجاع
تدفع المبلغ كاملًا داخل التطبيق عبر بوابة الدفع المرخّصة ميسّر (Moyasar). نحتفظ بالمبلغ حتى 72 ساعة بعد تسليم المصوّر للعمل ليتسنى لك الإبلاغ عن أي مشكلة، ثم نحوّله للمصوّر. التفاصيل في سياسة الدفع والاسترجاع، وهي جزء من هذه الشروط.
5. المصوّرون
يمكن للمصوّرين من أي دولة التقديم. في المملكة تقدّم وثيقة العمل الحر أو السجل التجاري، وفي الدول الأخرى الهوية الوطنية أو الرخصة التجارية. وتقدّم أيضًا بيانات استلام المستحقات (آيبان سعودي داخل المملكة، أو حسابًا بنكيًا مع رمز SWIFT خارجها)، ووضعك في ضريبة القيمة المضافة، والمدن التي تخدمها. نراجع الطلب ولنا أن نقبله أو نرفضه.
على المصوّر أن يحافظ على دقة خدماته وأسعاره ومواعيده، وأن يحضر الحجوزات المؤكدة، ويسلّم العمل كما وصفه، ويلتزم بأنظمة البلد الذي يعمل فيه، ومنها أنظمة الخصوصية والتصوير في الأماكن العامة والخاصة. وكل مصوّر مسؤول عن تراخيصه وضرائبه في بلده.
إذا كنت مسجّلًا في ضريبة القيمة المضافة تضيف رقمك الضريبي وتستلم المبلغ كاملًا وتتولى توريد الضريبة بنفسك. وإذا لم تكن مسجّلًا نحتفظ بجزء الضريبة من مستحقاتك ونتولى نحن توريده.
إذا ألغى المصوّر حجزًا مؤكدًا يُعاد للعميل كامل ما دفعه. وقد يؤدي تكرار الإلغاء أو المخالفات إلى إيقاف الحساب.
6. المحادثات والمكالمات والسلوك
المحادثة والمكالمات الصوتية والمرئية داخل التطبيق مخصّصة لترتيب الحجوزات. يُمنع الإساءة والتحرّش والمحتوى المخالف للأنظمة أو الآداب، ومشاركة بيانات الآخرين دون إذنهم.
ننصح بإتمام الحجز والدفع داخل التطبيق. ما يُتفق عليه أو يُدفع خارجه على مسؤوليتك، ولا تشمله قواعد الاسترجاع والحماية هنا.
لا يجوز استخدام التطبيق للاحتيال أو انتحال الشخصية أو الدخول غير المصرّح به أو تعطيل الخدمة.
7. مساعد الحجز
يقترح المساعد مصوّرين ومواعيد من بيانات التطبيق وقد يخطئ. راجع التفاصيل والسعر في شاشة الحجز قبل الإرسال؛ المعتمد هو ما يظهر في الحجز نفسه.
8. المحتوى والملكية
التطبيق وتصميمه وعلامته ملك لنا. صور معارض الأعمال ملك للمصوّرين. حقوق صور جلستك بينك وبين المصوّر، وهي لاستخدامك الشخصي ما لم تتفقا على غير ذلك.
التقييمات المعروضة للمساعدة في الاختيار، ولا نضمن جودة تصوير بعينه.
9. المسؤولية
نعمل على استمرار الخدمة لكننا لا نتعهد بخلوّها من الانقطاع أو الأخطاء. وفي الحدود التي يسمح بها النظام، لا نتحمّل الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية، وتقتصر مسؤوليتنا على ما دفعته عبر التطبيق للحجز المعني.
لا شيء هنا يحدّ من حقوق لا يجوز تقييدها نظامًا، ومنها حقوق المستهلك.
10. الإيقاف وإنهاء الاستخدام
لك أن تتوقف عن استخدام التطبيق وتحذف حسابك متى شئت. ولنا أن نوقف أو نغلق حسابًا يخالف هذه الشروط أو إذا طلبت ذلك جهة مختصة، ونوضّح لك السبب متى أمكن.
11. النظام الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، ومنها نظام التجارة الإلكترونية ونظام حماية البيانات الشخصية، وتختص بها محاكم المملكة. وإن كنت مقيمًا خارج المملكة فتبقى لك حماية المستهلك التي يمنحها لك نظام بلدك ولا يجوز التنازل عنها. نسعى أولًا لحل أي خلاف وديًا عبر الدعم.

12. التعديلات والتواصل
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، ونغيّر التاريخ أعلاه، ونطلب منك في التطبيق الموافقة على التعديلات الجوهرية قبل أن تكمل.

Welcome to "منهو يصورنا؟" (Menbisawwerna). These terms are an agreement between you and Solo Hub Establishment ("we"), which runs the app and the website soloidea.sa. By using the app or creating an account you accept them, so please read them carefully.
1. What the platform is
"منهو يصورنا؟" is an online platform that connects clients with independent photographers in Saudi Arabia and other countries. You browse services and packages, send a booking request, pay in the app and talk to the photographer by chat or call.
Photographers are independent providers, not our employees or agents. The photographer is responsible for the shoot, its quality and delivering the photos on time. We run the platform, collect payment on the photographer's behalf and hold it until the work is delivered.
2. Your account
You sign in with Apple, Google, or an email and password (the email must be verified). You must be 18 or older, or use the app under a parent's or guardian's supervision.
You are responsible for keeping your details accurate and for everything done through your account. Tell us straight away if you suspect someone else is using it.
You can delete your account from Account → Delete account once any open booking is finished or cancelled. The Privacy Policy explains what is deleted and what is kept.
3. Booking
Sending a booking request is free. Each photographer sets their services, packages, prices, cancellation policy and the share they keep if you cancel late, and all of these are shown to you before you send.
The total is the package price, any extras you choose and a travel fee if the shoot is outside the photographer's city, plus VAT where it applies. Prices are in the currency of the photographer's country (Saudi riyals for photographers in Saudi Arabia) and are exact to two decimal places, without rounding.
The photographer may accept or decline the request; some accept instantly. After acceptance you have 24 hours to pay the full amount, and payment must be made at least 24 hours before the shoot. Otherwise the request closes at no charge.
A booking is confirmed once payment succeeds. After the shoot the photographer delivers the photos in the app and the booking is marked completed.
4. Payment, cancellation and refunds
You pay the full amount in the app through Moyasar, a licensed payment gateway. We hold it until 72 hours after the photographer delivers, so you can report a problem, and then pass it to the photographer. The details are in the Payment & Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.
5. Photographers
Photographers from any country can apply. In Saudi Arabia you submit a freelance document or a Commercial Registration; elsewhere a national ID or a business licence. You also give your payout details (a Saudi IBAN in Saudi Arabia, or a bank account with its SWIFT code elsewhere), your VAT status and the cities you serve. We review the application and may accept or refuse it.
Photographers must keep their services, prices and availability accurate, turn up for confirmed bookings, deliver the work as described, and follow the laws of the place they work, including those on privacy and photography in public and private places. Each photographer is responsible for their own licences and taxes in their country.
If you are VAT-registered, you add your VAT number, receive the full amount and account for the VAT yourself. If you are not, we keep the VAT part of your payout and pay it ourselves.
If a photographer cancels a confirmed booking, the client gets back everything they paid. Repeated cancellations or violations may lead to the account being suspended.
6. Messages, calls and conduct
In-app chat and voice and video calls are for arranging bookings. Abuse, harassment, unlawful or indecent content, and sharing other people's data without permission are not allowed.
We recommend keeping booking and payment in the app. Anything agreed or paid outside the app is at your own risk and isn't covered by the refund and protection rules here.
You may not use the app for fraud, impersonation, unauthorised access or to disrupt the service.
7. The booking assistant
The assistant suggests photographers and times from the app's data and can make mistakes. Check the details and price on the booking screen before sending; what the booking itself shows is what counts.
8. Content and ownership
The app, its design and brand belong to us. Portfolio photos belong to the photographers. Rights to your session photos are between you and the photographer; unless you agree otherwise, they are for your personal use.
Ratings are there to help you choose; we don't guarantee the quality of any particular shoot.
9. Liability
We work to keep the service running but don't promise it will be free of interruptions or errors. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our liability is limited to what you paid through the app for the booking in question.
Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights.
10. Suspension and ending
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or when a competent authority requires it, and will tell you why where we can.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law and the Personal Data Protection Law, and the courts of Saudi Arabia have jurisdiction. If you live outside Saudi Arabia, you keep any consumer protections your local law gives you that cannot be waived. We will first try to settle any dispute amicably through support.
If the Arabic and English texts differ, the Arabic text prevails.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and ask you in the app to accept significant changes before you continue.
